This, lovely, unique, 11 piece, glass, magnet set features images that I have collected over the years of antique, and vintage, blue and white china, tile, textiles, and pottery. The two largest focal magnets measure, 2" in diameter, and highlight an image of a running deer found on an 1800s, salt-glazed crock, and a gorgeous section from an antique, delft, tile. A medium-sized, domed, glass, magnet, measuring, 1 1/2" in diameter, showcases a rabbit, found on a section of an old, delft tile. Eight, smaller, glass magnets, measuring, 1-1 1/4", feature more blue and white, beautiful, patterns. Some of them, like the sailboat, were found on antique delft tile, while others were found on old transferware, textiles, and tile. These smaller magnets really add to the vintage charm and style of this collection, with their assorted, irregular, shapes and sizes, their slight bit of yellowish tint, and tiny bubbles found in the glass. If vintage blue and white decor is your thing, then these magnets will give wonderful decorative impact to any magnetic surface....refrigerator to magnet board. The backs are nicely finished in black, and the magnets are strong to securely hold items in place.
