I found two Lotte Lamps at an estate sale a couple of weeks ago. They are the same turquoise color, but different shapes. The one above is the smaller of the two.

Lotte Lamps were designed and manufactured by Gunner and Lotte Bostlund, who were originally from Copehagen Denmark. They moved near Toronto Canada in the mid 1950's, and designed their first lamps in 1956. Lotte lamps were very popular in the 1950's-70's, and remind me of Martz Lamps which were manufactured during the same period. One of the distinguishing characteristics of Lotte Lamps, is the beautiful fiberglass and linen shade. Three of the original designs are still in production today.

The lamp above has the original shade, and brass ball finial. This lamp is in very good vintage condition. I love it!

!7" h to top of shade.
Ceramic base- 8.5"h X 5"d at bottom.

The gray smudge which appears in some of the photos on the lamp shade, is a problem with my camera not the item listed.
