This is a lovely 1940's French "Patrons Universels" pattern for a charming little girl's blazer jacket or coat with a double button front.

A FREE Mini French sewing dictionary is included with every French sewing pattern!

Condition: Good. The envelope shows wear and tear from storage, the pattern is in good condition as well.

Complete: Yes. These patterns came with simple instructions printed on the envelope back.

Size: labeled as "Girls' age 5-7."
