These snapshots show the release of Korean prisoners of war in Seoul. There are 4 snapshots included in this listing. They were taken by a person there on the scene. They are quite fascinating. Each photo has a description written on it.
Photo 1 "Here is the spot where the Korean prisoners of war landed live in Seoul. If you look close you can see the capitol building. I took these in a series. This is the first."
Photo 2 "Here it is after it landed. If you look close you can see the prisoners. They are dressed in white."
Photo 3 "Here it is just as it was taking off."
Photo 4 "Here it is just after it got off and out of the way."

The measurements are 3 inches by 4.5 inches.

Every photo that is in my shop marked as “vintage” is just that. It is not a copy of a picture, or a reproduction I’ve made of an original photograph. I do my best to credit the original photographer, but many of the photos I have collected are unmarked. Please forgive this negligence – no ill will is intended.

Because of the varied care and preservation of these photographs, please understand that these are not perfect by any means. I have done my best in my description above to make you aware of any flaws. I hope that the images (photographs and/or scans) above fairly represent the original. I take the photographs in natural light, scan on a common scanner, and do very little editing other than cropping.

All photos will be safely mailed in sealed archival Mylar with board backs to prevent damage.

I gladly ship multiple photos at the same price as single shipping.
You’ll see in the “Shipping Cost with Additional Item” section below, that each additional photo will ship for free.
