Payments

Secure options
  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
I prefer Paypal as that is always easiest, but I'll gladly accept check or money order as well. You may cancel your order at any point *before* I receive payment. Once it is received, it's a done deal!
Customs fees are to be paid by the customer.

Returns & exchanges

Surely it will never come to this! But alas, if it does, I will be most sympathetic. It is after all, my intention to give you what you paid for. Please contact me should you find yourself thoroughly disgruntled, and demanding satisfaction!

Shipping policies

PRINTS
Please allow for *up to a week* for processing prior to shipping.
Customs fees are to be paid by the customer.

I have my prints mailed directly from my printer as this is the fastest way to get them to you. I have been using the same printer since I started selling here and am confident in the quality of prints produced. I haven't requested a single reprint from them.
Since the prints ship directly from the printer, they will not be signed. If you prefer to have the print signed, please request this in the "message to seller" box when placing the order.

❧ Small Prints
To protect the print from the ravages of the postal system, the print will be gently wrapped in kraft paper and sandwiched betwixt two pieces of fine-grade cardboard. All of this shall then go into a sturdy cardboard envelope and shipped using USPS First Class mail.
❧ Large Prints
Large prints that cannot be mailed in flat mailers will be loosely rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube. Tubes will be shipped via USPS First Class mail.

CLAY PIECES
I like to use what resources I have for the most cost effective way to ship delicate pieces. Most likely, you will find your piece shipped in a box and wrapped in bubble wrap with crumpled pieces of paper surrounding it to prevent it from moving around while being tossed about in the postal system. It will be mailed via USPS first class.
