Om Namah Shivaya - This mantra has no direct translation. The sounds relate directly to the principles which govern each of the first five chakras on the spine...Earth, water, fire, air, ether.
A very rough, non-literal translation could be something like,
'Om and salutations to that which I am capable of becoming.'

'Om Namah Shivaya' was also a TV serial on an Indian TV Channel, about Lord Shiva : )
In "Eat, Pray, Love" , Elizabeth Gilbert explained that the first chant provided by her Guru was "Om Namah Shivaya." Gilbert wrote that this meant "I honor the divinity within me."

I made this bracelet with salmon and red glass trade beads, yellow and mustard seed beads, solid brass beads, a vintage bronze bead from North Africa, a carved bone bead from Nepal, it reads "Om mani padme hum". The brass link and hook are handmade and have a dark patina, the charms are brass and bronze.

This bracelet fits like a medium - it´s 21 cm, that´s a little over 8".

the polymer Hamsa is optional - if you would like me to remove it - just let me know.
