Dressed in beautiful caramel brown reclaimed leather, my sumptuous coat has been hand embossed around the entire perimeter using leather stamping tools.

Open me up, and find I introduce myself with three vintage green French postage stamps. To follow, I am filled with 80 sheets (160 pages counting both sides) of Fabriano Artistico hot pressed watercolor paper for your artist pursuits. Mould-made of 100% cotton, acid-free/pH neutral & chlorine-free, this smooth paper is ideal for your watercolor needs as well as drawing, sketching & writing.

Each page has been individually hand-torn, lightly tea-stained using an archival process & gently pressed, before being stitched directly into my coat with charcoal coloured linen thread. This allows me to lay completely flat when in use so you may reach to my every morsel.

When not in use, I’ll protect your creations nicely with my long raw-edged elongated cover flap and quadruple wrap leather tie, which simply secures on my back with a mix of carnelian red glass & metal etched beads.

Measuring 4 ¾ x 3 ½ inches with a 1 inch thick spine, I am a perfect little addition to your mobile art studio – you can take me wherever you go! I’m wonderful for small scale artwork, ideas, projects in the making and visual journaling.
