The Origami Crane: One of the most famous origami designs is the Japanese crane. The crane is auspicious in Japanese culture has long been a symbol of long-life, happiness, good luck and peace. Legend says that anyone who folds one thousand paper cranes will have their heart's desire come true.

Made with red, gold and salmon cherry blossom and fans Japanese Chiyogami Yuzen and metallic origami paper and specialty papers.

Inspired by the cherry blossom and fan Chiyogami paper, a Swarovski crystal is added as the stamin of each hand painted cherry blossom and then individually wrapped onto the mobiles "stems". Each of the 5 cranes is hand folded and strung with gold thread, more Swarovski crystals and czech glass beads.

Mobile measures approx 20" L and 17" W . Branches are adjustable.

The slightest breeze brings gentle movement and the crystals project a gorgeous rainbow of colors when the light hits. Each mobile has been sealed, however with some papers will fade when put in direct sunlight. A sunny room in a spot with indirect sunlight is the best spot to hang.

All mobiles are packed with extreme care to prevent being crushed during shipping.
