A little bit of wear at the corners of the cover, a some discolorations / light staining. At one point, the pages got wet. When I found the book they were still lightly stuck together from being wet, but I went through and turned each page and now they're all separated. They're still lightly wrinkled, but the book is in marvelous condition otherwise. A bit of spotting on back endpapers.

It does have a musty smell.
