This vintage calendar is a perpetual calendar style. It features a Lake of the Ozarks scene on both sides of the dial which appears to be hand painted onto a metal background. The remaining part of the calendar is a stainless steel type metal. At the bottom base, there is a knob to set the month, and another on the other side to set the day of the week. The date is changed by slowly spinning the dial in the backward and forward motion. The calendar works great, and it's in great condition. It still has the original label on the bottom which states "Made in Japan". I estimate the date of this calendar to be retro 1950. It would be great to use as a paper weight or desk accessory. It is 4" tall. The dial is 2-1/2" in diameter. Please let me know if you have questions about it. *All orders totaling $35 or more will be sent with Signature Confirmation.
