We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty is void.

There is no warranty for breakage/damage/loss for diamonds, gemstones or lab created stones. If you want your center stone or jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - You can insure your jewelry through your home owner's Insurance.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.

- If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 3 days after receiving the item. We will give you the return address and will refund the amount minus shipping once we receive the piece back.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
-We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
