Antique Sad Iron from the Victorian Era. So Unique and so Beautiful. Great Piece

Sad irons were heated near an open fire or on the stove. The handle had to be wrapped by the woman/homemaker's apron to avoid being burned.

Condition: Very Good, Minimal Wear to Inside Lining
Base Dimensions: 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" (4" tall from laying flat)

IT IS VERY HEAVY, SOLID IRON

Note: Please advise that this is a vintage item and has been used, there may be some small blemishes or flaws, I try to note in the description.

Also, monitor colors are not always the same as the item in real life, I will try to list the colors to the best of my ability. Photos are not blurry, it may be the angle of my camera that makes some parts blurry and some crisp.

Should you have any questions or specifics, feel free to convo me. Thanks for looking and have a BLESSED day! :)

Lisa
