I've been reading my Mother Goose rhymes again! This time I've created a "Little Jack Horner" angel. I loved the surprised look on his face and thought was just perfect for a little boy landing a plumb from his Christmas pie.
I started with a different vintage doll's head, excavated from the grounds of an old German doll factory and dating from the early 1900's. He's a Goebel Hummel. His arms and legs are antiques dating from the late 1800's.
He's seated on a tiny bench holding his pie and in his hand is the plumb, both created from polymer clay.
He's dressed in blue with a bit of vintage linen as his collar. A tiny bow of deep maroon adds just a spark of color. I've given him wings of antiqued brass and painted his tiny black shoes and white socks.
He's 31/2 inches tall and would love to take up residence in your home.
