Custom and personalized orders

We’re more than happy to create custom orders! Please message us with the details and we will go from there. Please note that for fabrics we do not have in stock or for made-to-order listings, we require a minimum order of 3 double-sided pillow covers or 5 single-sided pillow covers. This is due to the manufacturer’s minimum order requirements. Without meeting this minimum, the price per pillow would be significantly higher and not fair to our clients

Since fabric colors can vary from the screen, please request a fabric swatch prior to your purchase. We will not offer refunds for “different fabric color in person”. Shipping issues do not apply for returns — once an item has left our facility, it is no longer our responsibility. Returns apply only to: - Received Defective items - Received Wrong Item and/or Quantity

We require a signature for every shipment in order to avoid any missing/wrong mail. Please get in touch with us if you would like it waived at your own risk.

Authenticity of Designer Fabrics

We take pride in the original designer fabrics we use for our pillows, and we are more than happy to show proof of Authenticity for all designer fabrics or trims used in our shop.

Since fabric dye lots vary in color, we cannot guarantee that all colors will be the same in every pillow you purchase. Ex: if you purchased a pillow in April, then another one in November from the same pattern and color, we cannot guarantee that those will match. Another example: if you buy a sample from a designer's showroom, do not expect the pillow you buy from us to have the same exact color - which is why we recommend buying samples from the fabric dyelots we use for the pillows in our shop. We offer samples for all fabrics. Message us if you have any questions!
