16k gold or silver plated, historic Reproduction Long Black banded agate stone teardrop earrings

These natural BANDED AGATE Teardrop earrings are inspired by the many extant examples of the Victorian, Regency and Georgian eras! GORGEOUS naturally marbled stones are stunning: varying hues of black, white, dark brown, tan and creams, each pair of earrings is finished with 16k gold plated or silver plated brass LOOPS, and closely matched to coordinate well together. Please note there will be variation as exact matching is not possible: they coordinate extremely well as pictured!

Banded agate is pretty much "one of a kind" due to the natural variations, it's very difficult to get consistent colors/striping/banding. I match closely and those came at a premium price, pictured the here the exact earrings you will receive.

These have a bit of weight to them as they are real banded Agate STONE, and wear quite well. I've used my favorite high quality 16k gold or silver plated brass soft close LOOPS (nickel free, lead free) for a lovely finish and wear. These mimic gorgeous Scottish banded agate that is prevalent through these eras, but very popular during Victorian era. Quality banded agates are VERY difficult to source, so get these while you can! This style was in development for over 2 years, as it's quite difficult to find affordable natural banded agate Teardrop stones that are Quality, with gorgeous Marbling, and Well MATCHED for high end earrings. I have sourced a good stash of these, so these are Available as long as my stash of Banded Agate Teardrops holds, meaning these are LIMITED EDITION..

Jewelry needs care! Please store your jewelry away from water, chemicals and moisture in a cool dark place. You may need to wash your jewelry every so often, in lukewarm water and using a mild soap, especially after events/wear where sweaty skin contacts your jewelry, before fully drying and returning to storage. A gentle polishing cloth can also do wonders to restore your jewelry's sparkle. Polishing cloths should be used on: metal, glass and crystal, but not on pearls or natural stones. Silver will tarnish over time, as will gold and other metals, so a bit of gentle cleaning to remove acids and sweat, fully drying and sometimes a gentle polish (using available gently metal polishes in the market), can do wonders to restoring shine!

I offer gift wrapping year round for an additional charge - I use LD Signature colors in lovely gift boxes, gift paper, ribbon, tulle, stickers, organza, silk or other embellishments to create a beautiful and unique wrapped GIFT for your intended recipient. I worked at Hallmark as a teen, so my gift wrapping skills are pretty well developed now, so please do give them a try!
