Tiki Spoon and Fork Wall Hanging. This wooden fork and spoon set was a common sight in many mid century homes. These pieces are 12" long and 3" at the widest point. They are in excellent condition. The surface has a nice aged patina highlighting the beautiful would grain. I have made some hanging loops with dried palmetto leaves but you may choose to use twine or leather strips. I will include a stalk of dried and preserved palmetto with the set for you to use as you wish. I think it kinda gives them that tropical South Pacific feel.

In Polynesian cultures, a large spoon and fork hung near the dinner table is a symbol of family strength. Since families traditionally gather together at mealtime, they are the strongest then. The over-sizing is meant to emphasize that strength for all that visit the home to see.
