Dracula is an 1897 Gothic horror novel by Irish author Bram Stoker.

Famous for introducing the character of the vampire Count Dracula, the novel tells the story of Dracula's attempt to relocate from Transylvania to England, and the battle between Dracula and a small group of men and women led by Professor Abraham Van Helsing.

Dracula has been assigned to many literary genres including vampire literature, horror fiction, the gothic novel and invasion literature.
The novel touches on themes such as the role of women in Victorian culture, sexual conventions, immigration, colonialism, and post-colonialism.

Although Stoker did not invent the vampire, he defined its modern form, and the novel has spawned numerous theatrical, film and television interpretations.

Featuring an originally designed pendant (by me) manufactured in cream coloured acrylic to represent a vintage book.

On 1 'page' is the iconic quote by Dracula - " Listen to them, the children of the night. What music they make ! " and the other reads " Dracula ~ Bram Stoker "

These are printed using quality methods directly onto the acrylic meaning they won't peel or scratch off; giving you an incredibly hard wearing, unique necklace.
Please note that the pendants are individually printed & cut & so this process may produce very slight differences - especially in the darkness of the writing. These are negligible differences but I feel I should mention the possibility.
The pendant measures approx 35mm x 22 mm.

As stated these are designed by me & manufactured in the UK.
I have surely attached an antique bronze plated bail & it hangs on a bronze plated curb chain of 19 inches. I have included an extender & little bronze bead at the end to complete. It fastens with a bronze plated lobster clasp which allows the necklace to be clasped along the chain to be shortened if necessary.

So pretty with a touch of steampunk drama! A truly unique piece that any fan of Dracula, Vampires, Bram Stoker or literary style would be proud to wear ...

This treasure will come to you ready to give, even if it is to yourself, in a gift pouch well wrapped in bubbles to keep it safe on its journey to you.
