The Ballet-Lovers Pocket Book, by Kay Ambrose was published in 1957 by Alfred A. Knopf of New York. The title page reads "Technique without Tears for the Ballet-Lover." It is full of illustrations by the author, done in black line drawings. The front endpapers are full of both illustrations and definitions of the costumes worn, the back ones show "action."
