Pat No RE-24935. This is an awesome kitchen utensil! Patented as a hamburger press in the 1940's this press is in perfect working condition.

Has ability to make patty's two different thickness with a simple turn of the knob it moves the plate onto a different slot and that is how it makes them thicker or thinner. So awesome!

I do believe that this item can be used to make cookies or bisquits, dumplings or pastries. It will be a very useful and versitile item to have in your kitchen that is for sure!

Built to last, sturdy and has no damage who so ever. Just wonderful!

The spring action is great too, no effort what so ever on your part to get the patty out of the press.

The measurement across the bottom is just over 3 1/2" so this will make nice sized cookies, pastry shells, patties etc.
