Storage Hamper in Exotic birds in indigo

This has been hand block printed, sewn and made by myself using a vintage copper batik block and wooden wallpaper block using pure indigo linen and permanent eco-friendly chalk white ink.

* pls note -The lining is deep indigo heavyweight cotton - not the green pictured..this hamper is slightly smaller than my others and is the last in stock.

Handles are thick 100% tan leather attached securely with quality non-rust grommets and nickel rivets. Linen is stiffened with interfacing when sewn to give it support.

Dimensions are: Height 15 inches tall and diameter 12 inches wide .

My Exotic birds pattern features on both sides of the basket.

This listing is for one basket. If you wanted more than one please contact me as I might have more in stock.

Each piece is hand printed and hand sewn, subtle variations and imperfections in print are part of the charm and inherent qualities of being hand printed without equipment.

Care of hand printed linen: I recommend wiping clean with a damp cloth. Allow to dry in normal upright position away from direct sunlight.

This basket will arrive folded for shipping purposes, once opened up general creases or folds (remember this is pure linen) will gradually smooth out, alternatively iron on the inside on a gentle heat -avoid direct heat on the printed surface.

Shipping includes tracking and insurance via Airsure service.
