Handmade Bullet Rollerball Pen in 24 kt Gold plus Cocobolo and Mahogany wood. Inspired by the popular Over and Under combination rifle/shotgun, This bullet pen will make the perfect gift for any hunter, sportsman, trap & skeet shooter or gun enthusiast. This style shotgun is a favorite for hunting a wide variety of game, from deer to game birds. The shooter can choose the barrel appropriate for the target. All facets of this pen are big and impressive reproductions of the original. They include a 12ga shotgun shell cap, a .30 caliber bullet style pen body, a shotgun clip and a large, nib on the fountain pen style. Dark blank for the cap and light wood for the body make for an authentic look. Features a quality refill and a rose gold nib.

Comes with a black velvet drawstring bag for protection or presentation.

Material Facts:
Turned Blank: Cocobolo (Dalbergia sp) can be seen in a kaleidoscope of different colors, ranging from yellow, orange, red, and shades of brown with streaks of black or purple. The color turns deep orange red with exposure. It is a hard and heavy wood with irregular grain with a medium fine texture. Like most rosewoods, it has natural oils that give it excellent resistance to decay. Cocobolo is used for fine furniture, musical instruments, turnings, and other small specialty objects, excellent turning properties. Central America.
African mahogany in the Khaya genus. The heartwood is a light pink-brown that darkens when cut to a reddish brown. It has a medium to coarse texture and a straight to interlocked grain, which can yield a striped or roe figure. The wood finishes well and has a lustrous quality. African mahogany is used for furniture and cabinetry, paneling, boat building, veneer, office and shop fixtures, interior joinery, staircase banisters, handrails and domestic flooring.
