On a journey through New Orleans, you can't miss the architectural beauty and uniqueness. The photo features the Holy Trinity Church in the Bywater area of New Orleans. It dates back to the mid-1850s. The original structure was built in 1841, but burned down in a fire. This rebuilt was done by a famous architect, T. E. Giraud, who structured other churches in New Orleans. The purpose of this church (the body, not the building) was to reach out to German immigrants in the area. And, I love the symbolism of the church door open and waiting for all who want to enter.
This photo will be a beautiful addition to your home or office.
