Dante's Inferno Silkscreen by Sferra Designs

Original Goth wall art for your home! Original silkscreen illustration for Dante's Inferno, the 14th Century epic poem by Dante Alighieri. The poem tells the story of Dante's journey through the depths of hell, depicted through nine circles of suffering located within the Earth. Inferno is the Italian word for hell. Perfect for the Goth, weird, and hellish enthusiasts. A great macabre and creepy conversation piece for your Goth home or Halloween party.

This scene depicts angels now devils with claws, a winged serpent with claws, and a winged bull with claws all surrounded by fire and brimstone, and a burning river. The colors of red, yellow, and brown represent the heat of hell.

This is a limited edition print, number 3 out of 20 that were printed. The print measures 8 3/8" by 11 3/8" framed in an acid free mat and backed by acid free foam core. Signed, numbered and titled by the artist. I make every effort to take accurate photos. Please keep in mind that colors vary from monitor to monitor.
