This listing is for the PATTERN only for a Newborn Size Long Tail Elf Hat that is to be made with a bulky, thick and thin wool yarn. It includes directions for trimming or accenting it with either yarn or sari silk ribbon. This pattern was designed to be easy and economical as you can make it with approximately 60 yards of thick and thin wool yarn.
