I want to exchange or return my order

Please note that due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds can be given once the file has been downloaded - unless the file is damaged or broken. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have NOT yet downloaded my product, I will gladly issue you a refund upon your request. If you've accidentally purchased the wrong paper size, I am happy to exchange your planner for any other size available in my shop. Small changes to your printable can also always be discussed. Refund requests made after you have downloaded one of my planners are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at my sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 14 days of your original purchase.

Can I use your products for commercial use?

No, my printables are for personal use only. It is not allowed to resell my work as is under any circumstances, physical or digitally. If you would like to use one of my printables or planners for commercial use, feel free to send me a message so we can discuss it.

Select "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page. This is usually the cause for page sizes not matching up to your planner.

If you need help or have any enquiries, please do not hesitate in contacting us. We will respond as quickly as possible. LandofPrintable is not responsible for printing issues and purchases of incorrect items. We are in regular process of improving our product please do share your advice.
