This linen postcard would be perfect as decoration, to send to someone, scrapbooking and other art projects.

The card is in very good condition with minimal wear. I am not positive about the date, but think the card is from the 1950s. If you have an idea, please let me know! The card is not used, postmarked or stamped. The publisher is Marken & Bielfeld, Inc., Frederick, Md.

On the back of the card is printed:
Near the exact spot where Lincoln delivered his immortal address is erected the National Monument, located in the National Cemetery. More than thirty-six hundred Union Soldiers are buried in this sacred spot of seventeen acres.'

The statue was built and dedicated in the late 1800s.

I started collecting vintage postcards and stamps a couple of years ago. I hope you love them as much as I do! My cards and stamps can be used for collecting, sending, scrapbooking, making jewelry, book covers, paintings and many other different types of art projects.

Each order comes with a bonus random card or stamp from my collection.
