Inspired by the EBEG June beadfest challenge, "Fairytales"
I take you on a journey into the mind of Mary Shelly. Her mind is represented as a garden .She is confined to walk a set path representing the dictates of her society . Along the way, Mary is bombarded by uncontrolled pollinating insects representing her creative ideas. . Mary writes Frankenstein, perhaps as an explanation of how she sees herself, a monster menaced by the ridgity of her time.
