Antique stoneware pitcher with wide blue band. Large, most likely a water pitcher, made in the late 1800s to the very early 1900s. Has an applied handle. These are simply beautiful when filled with white daisies during the summer months.

Condition: Lots of aging, a larger chip to the base, as shown, plus a couple of smaller ones...also some small chips to the rim. These old pitchers were very utilitarian, most likely used at nearly every meal, so this type of wear is to be expected.
