Since this is unique handmade item, every new good may be vary slightly, but the overall look will match that shown on the photo. Colors may vary based upon your screen resolution and other computer settings outside of our control.

We use combine shipping and service of consolidation partner to get the products quicker to USA and Europe. All orders are shipped from Ukraine to the warehouse placed in USA or UK, and then worldwide by USPS or another carrier. This way appears to be much more quicker than direct shipping by UkrPoshta, but not so expensive as a direct express by Fedex or DHL. If item is ready to ship I will send it within 3-5 bussines days after payment confirmation. If item is marked as made to order - deadline specified in the product description. I do not ship on Sundays. I use the etsy mailing address, please make sure it is correct. I will let you know when your package is on the way. I will also send you a tracking number of your package.

Order can be canceled. If you make a payment but decide to cancel the order when it has already been sent to you, you will be refunded, except for the shipping cost, because the cancellation was due to the seller's fault. You will receive the money after returning the item to the seller. When returning a parcel, provide the seller with a track number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs If you made a payment and canceled your order within 4 hours then I will refund the full price
