A very fashionable bit of Americana from either the 1960s or 1970s. Long continuous strand of white plastic or acrylic beads connected by gold tone wire links. It is in excellent condition and the construction is very sturdy. The 4 different gold tone accent sections have an "S" cutout in elongated ovals with a white center bead (apx. 12mm in diameter) "caged" within curving goldtone metalwork. It looks like jewelry worn in the show "Mad Med"!

Necklace is approx. 56" long and can be worn in a variety of stylings. The beads are NOT the type of material that flakes. It is solid color and very durable.

This necklace is from my mother's collection which has remained treasured in a secure jewel box in my closet for almost 30 years. I am certain it came from either the 1960's or 1970's. She was a very fashionable lady. It shows little to almost no wear patterns.

Your purchase will arrive in a lovely gift box for giving or enjoying yourself.
