1930s Green Velvet Bias Cut Evening Gown with Lace .This 1930s deep forest green velvet gown has a front cowl neck line with ecru lace modesty piece, lace under sleeves with elastic cuffs, and a double cord belt in the matching velvet. The skirt is bias, so the length will vary. Brooch shown is not included.

Size:
Bust: measures 45", plus ease from the bias cowl. This should fit loosely, Shown on a 38" bust form.
Waist : 37", This is bias cut and will cling to body, belt is 40". Shown on a form with a 30" waist.
Hips: actual measure is 46" at the most, again, this is bias so it needs some ease and should not fit tightly. Shown on a form with 39" hips.
Shoulders : 16”
CB to Waist:16"
CB Neck to Hem: 51"
Sleeves: 22"

Condition: Good. As shown: two groups of small holes on the front skirt at knee level, and a mend at the front neckline under the brooch we show. This is a neckline that would have had dress clips used, often in pairs.
