I had a very difficult time communicating with the seller. I bought the item on May 22. It said it was to be delivered June 4-22. When I didn’t receive it I messaged asking for a tracking number they couldn’t present it to me. They said they would ship it again and send me a tracking number. I also never received any tracking number. I’m not sure they actually even ever mailed it to me. If I didn’t advocate for myself and put in a claim they probably would’ve just taken my money and never sent the product. A waste of time, very disappointing and an exhausting experience with zero customer service provided from the seller.

For clarity, the original order had already been dispatched but unfortunately never arrived. As soon as I became aware of the issue, I offered to make and ship a replacement at my own expense. there was a short delay of a couple of days before I could dispatch the replacement, which I sincerely apologize for. When the buyer decided they no longer wished to wait, I immediately agreed to a full refund through Etsy and the refund was issued. I completely understand their disappointment, but I would like to clarify that I never intended to keep payment without either replacing the order or issuing a full refund.
