An antique men's collar that dates back to the end of the 19th century, around 1880-1890.

The lady who sold me a bag full of these kind of collars, could tell me they had belonged to her grandfather. She looked very proud while she told me this :)
After I cleaned the collar, I wanted it to be used... I added a French 'cuff link', which is simply two buttons sewn together as you can see in the fourth photo, to close the collar on the front so it can be worn today.
It looks special above a Summer's dress or simply stunning when wearing a shirt.

The collar is freshly washed and ironed.
It has soft purple colored button on front to close it.
The fabric on the front of the collar has a striped relief.

The collar is very small so please watch the measurement carefully.
The neck measures 29 cm's which in inches will be 11.4"
It is most suitable for a girl or woman.

The collar will be send to you wrapped in transparent foil ready to give as a gift or to keep for yourself.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to write me, I will gladly reply.

Merci for stopping by,
Marion

The collar can be hand washed or in the machine and does need an iron afterwards.

*** I try to calculate the shipping costs as well as possible but by purchasing two or more items, they might become higher than the real costs. I always refund the amount payed too much when it passes 1 USD ***
