This lovely piece leads a dual life. It has the pin back of a brooch, but also a loop that will let you use it as a pendant. We estimate this is one of the earlier Carl Art pieces. It has pretty wire work and foil-backed blue marquise rhinestones. It is marked "sterling," weighs about six grams and is about 1 and 5/8 inches in diameter. It looks like a later Art Nouveau style with its pretty swirling vines. It was made by the Carl Art Company, who manufactured jewelry from 1936 through 1976 in Providence, Rhode Island. It has the Carl Art mark of CA with an arrow.

Our vintage jewelry is pre-loved, and therefore may have tiny imperfections acquired over time, but that just makes them more unique! Add your chapter to the history of this charming piece! U.S. shipping is free and all LemonCage vintage jewelry comes in a gift-ready box.
