Seven mechanical pencils or lead holders rescued from destruction and presented here hoping to attract the loving attention of pen aficionados.

In vintage condition and most in need of repair. Total of seven mechanical pencils.

From left:

~ Eversharp mechanical pencil ~ no clip ~ some lead is left inside ~ marbled brown yellow black effect. After 1920 the company was renamed Wahl-Eversharp and its products marked accordingly. It reverted to the Eversharp name in 1941. This pencil is marked Eversharp only.

~ Conway Stewart Duro Point No. 2 mechanical pencil Made in England ~ for repair. Flared top, 2 bands, CS diamond clip. Dated ca. 1928

~ Drafting instrument Made in England ~ metal needle sharp tip; black barrel

~ Faber Castell DS 05 mechanical pencil Made in Germany ~ black barrel with ribbed grip; silver clip and tip, eraser exposed. Dated 1970s

~ Marble effect advertising mechanical pencil ~ loose clip ~ no lead

~ Pentel 11 Made in Japan. Black barrel with ribbed grip; silver clip, top and conical tip. Some pencil lead left. Dated 1970s

~ Regent Made in England mechanical pencil ~ dark red ~ faint marble effect ~ mat gold colored tip ~ silver clip ~ some lead remains

Note that these writing instruments are in need of repair or pencil lead.
