This is an old cast iron broiler with a beautiful chevron pattern. Most of these broilers we have seen are about 100 years old or more! The size is about 10 3/8 including the pour lip x 14 including the handle. Unmarked, well not totally unmarked has "B2" on the bottom. Haven't found any information about this particular broiler or bacon fryer as we have heard them called here in Maine. This would be a great display piece or we suppose even a broiler but we don't know too many people that use this type of broiler any more. From the book "300 Years of Kitchen Collectibles" 5th addition from 2003 similar broilers are valued as much as $85.

This broiler has:

NO PITTING
NO CRACKS
NO REPAIRS
NO CHIPS
NO DIRT
NO GREASE
NO GRIME
NO RUST
and it Sits Flat

Priced at $54.95 plus $12.95 shipping to the US only.[!brand:unmarked broiler!][!material:cast iron!]
