ESTATE FIND-- This comes from an estate of an Atlanta seamstress. From the looks of the items in the estate she obviously made wedding clothing. I have the feeling this was used on the bodice of bridesmaids' dresses, but I'm not certain. The base is a wonderful net lace with flowers. Applicqued on it are pink roses and green leaves. The ribbon they are made from is ribbed giving the flowers and leaves some dimension. It is in excellent condition and measures 6 1/2" wide and is 4 1/2 yards long. This could easily be used for a wedding, for over the top pillows, for dynamite purses, the list is endless. Just use your imagination.
