On offer today is a petite pair of Regency era earrings, converted from late 18th century buttons or cufflinks, as was the usual practice! If you look closely, you can see that though the stones are the same intense emerald green, their cuts are just a bit different! One has a square table cut, the other's is oval.

The stones have been tested and are glass pastes. The backs and earwires are silver.

Dimensions: The earrings are about 1/2 inch long, total, with the heads averaging 6.15mm in diameter.

There are no markings, country of origin is England. :-)
