Size Medium. No body measurements given. Pattern gives Medium as sizes 18-20 but sizes were much smaller then. I'm guessing this might be a 14-16 today.

Pattern for full or half apron has semi-fitted waistline, pockets, scalloped hem, and is bound with either purchased bias binding or self bias binding. Asymmetrical hemline is low in front and higher in the back. Full apron has yoke and back straps. Why don't they make comfortable, stylish aprons like this today?

Anne Adams Instructor 4565 is an unprinted pattern. Unprinted patterns are pre-cut and the instructions tell you how to use them. No date but the hairstyle looks 1950's. Pattern style looks early 50's.

8 pattern pieces, all present and unused. No envelope. Pattern instructions are on one side of a large sheet of paper (last photo) with sewing hints and tips on the reverse side. Instruction sheet has a small tear on the edge, visible in the first photo.
