All of my items are handmade. Because of that, some of the items might be slightly different in size or shape, nevertheless very similar to the item's description.

In most destinations, there are no additional fees for Customs or import taxes, such as in the United States and in most EU countries.
But, in some countries, like Germany, The UK, and Italy, there may be additional fees and delays in delivery for customs inspections.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you decide to refuse a package due to customs fees you are required to pay - the package will be returned to me. On the way back, it may be stopped in the customs here (in large orders) and I may be required to pay customs. Such costs, if occur, will be deducted from the order refund. In addition, the shipping costs paid originally are non-refundable.

Some of the items are ready to ship and some are made to order.

Ready to ship - if there are in stock, I will ship them in the next few days. You can contact me for more information.

Made to order - Processing time is between 3-5 week, depends on which item and the amount of the order.

All of my items are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe.
although, I recommend to wash handmade pottery by hand.

PLEASE NOTE -

1. The refund will be made for the items returned upon receiving them back in one piece (not including the delivery cost paid).

2. If upon receiving the items is Israel - we will be required to pay any customs - these costs will be deducted from your refund.

3. In cases of refusing to receive the order due to customs incurred in your country upon delivery - if the package is returned, there will be a 30% cancelation fee and delivery costs will not be refunded. If an item is broken along the way - no refund will be provided for the broken items.

4. For deliveries in the UAE - no returns are available, and no refund can be made
