This is a vintage floral arrangement bowl made by E.O Brody Company in Cleveland, Ohio in the 1960s. The bottom part of the bowl dips down which is where the frog to arrange the flowers with would be placed. The rim of the bowl has scalloped edges. On the underside of the bowl you can see "drips" as shown in the fourth picture. This is not a defect but just standard in the manufacturing of these bowls and it is not noticeable when the bowl is in use.

This would be great to use as a planter but could also be used as a candy dish among other things. In the first two pictures you can see that I put a few rocks in the bottom with water and cut a piece of philodendron which was a super easy and quick arrangement to make.
