We purchased this messenger bag for our son to take to college. He was super happy with it. Unfortunately, a week after using it both the latch and the zipper broke. My son sent me photos. I contacted the seller and he responded to me very quickly and is sending my son a brand new bag. Their response said that they had some inferior product and thought that they had pulled it all, but apparently had missed this bag. No hassle. No problems. No further questions other to ask for the address so they could ship the new bag. Life happens and not everything can be perfect, but this seller was very polite, apologetic and kind. I would recommend them highly!

I love this bag. I spent a while trying to decide which new bag and wanted and I’m so happy I got this one: it’s big enough to fit so much stuff like my old book bag but much more professional for me working full time now.

Amazing blanket, very warm, going to college somewhere incredibly cold and snowy most of the year my roommate keeps a fan on and the window open 24 hours a day so it gets pretty cold, I consider this one a life saver, I don’t freeze at night anymore.
