I was so excited to get my earrings, as they are quite beautiful. They are very lightweight which is what I need for my tiny little earlobes. I asked the artist if she could put them on a much thinner wire because I have small ears and she did. When I put them in and wore them, one fell out and I almost lost it. I was so upset. I tried every earring back that I had and nothing fit. I reached out to the seller and asked her if she had any recommendations and she said she had already sent them to me (2 pair). I immediately ran back to the box and found them - I just didn't notice this in the package - hooray. The customer service was great and product is beautiful- I'm very happy!
