Spectacular! These are really incredible shoes, works of art for your feet! The entire sole is made out of solid wood and carved into detailed lion heads that roar out of the back of the heels. The craftsmanship is excellent. Solid like clogs, but sexy like wedges and open toed. The bottom of the soles have cushioned grips, so they are comfortable for walking. Perfect for summer!

The beige leather strap is beautifully secured with tiny rivets and lined in faux velvet to help hold the foot in place. These carved shoes are usually from the Philippines, bought as souvenirs in the 40s, 50s and 60s and there is definitely an Asian feel to the design, so it is likely that these shoes came from there.

Condition: Very Good. Some areas of the toe and heel are scuffed (see pics). They have definitely been worn but overall they are in very good vintage condition.
