Is my license included in the download?

It depends. By purchasing, you will be granted the rights to use the artwork for both personal and commercial use, however, the included license for commercial use is limited to 500 units. Please keep your receipt and take note of your order number after purchase. Please be aware that you will not receive the license as a separate file, physical product, or as a certificate. If you sell more than 500 units, please purchase an additional license which you can find in our shop under the category named "Other". Feel free to ask any questions if you are not sure whether you need an additional license.

Can I use your artwork for my business?

Yes. You are allowed to use it on your website, on social media, for packaging, as a logo, etc. You can also use it to create your own products. Do note that I only grant licenses for personal and commercial use, so any designs made with my art cannot be copyrighted. Also please keep in mind, that many other people might have the same design if they also buy it from us. If you would like to order a custom artwork that will be uniquely yours, feel free to message us anytime.

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the file has not already been downloaded. As this is a digital product, it can not be returned once it has been downloaded. If there are missing files, or you have any issues with it, feel free to send us a message. In order to avoid any disappointment, please carefully check out the listings and their description. If you are not sure, we can always send you a sample or answer any questions regarding our products :)

Can I get the same set but in a different color?

Yes, but not always and it will only depend on whether we have enough time to arrange that for you. You might have to wait for it but that is not impossible :)

How do I download the files?

Please check out the info here: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013328108?segment=shopping Basically there are 2 ways we share our products: 1) via a ZIP archive 2) via a PDF file with a direct link to our Google Drive You click DOWNLOAD and if it is a ZIP archive, you simply wait for your browser to finish downloading. If It is a PDF file, you download it and click the link in it. When you are redirected to our Google Drive, click the name of the folder where you will see the Download option Feel free to ask us any questions anytime :) P.S. If the files cannot be open due to some issues, please try deleting them and downloading them again. If that doesn't work, simply message us and we will fix it all.
