Custom orders are encouraged! Please feel free to contact me with your ideas so we can design flowers perfectly for you!
Please keep flowers indoors most of the time, away from moisture, curious pets and sticky fingers. Bent edges can be smoothed out with your fingers!
We are happy to discuss bulk orders but we do not offer discounted wholesale pricing.
Your flowers will be safely packaged in a standard brown box filled with packing peanuts and tissue paper to ensure safe travel.
We are happy to include a small printed card upon request.
Invoices will not be included in the package. *your receipt can always be found within your Etsy Purchase history.*
Our business name will not be visible on the package *to ensure surprises aren't spoiled!* but an Etsy logo is visible. If completely discreet packaging is necessary please let me know!
The production time varies so please feel free to contact me with your specific needs but in general:
-small orders of $100 or less ship in 1-2 weeks. We have a "ready to ship" section with flowers ready to ship on the next business days and a listing that pays for "overnight production".
-Bridal packages generally take much longer and require a waiting period dependent on your wedding date. We accept orders for weddings whether it's a last-minute elopement in 2 weeks to a wedding in 2 or 3 years! We are flexible with our time frame whenever possible. We generally ship wedding packages 2-3 months after they are booked when time allows.
No. I do not collect any percentage of any VAT/GST fees that may be due. Whether or not any taxes are due will be assessed once the package arrives in your country. I do not refund VAT/GST fees or provide a refund your order because fees were due. As a US Seller I am never notified in any way of the fee's you may owe. If you'd prefer to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible.
