Our charming Pet ID tags are perfect for your cat or dog! Made in the USA of high quality aircraft grade aluminum from 80% recycled materials. All of our pet tags are double-sided and include a solid steel ring to attach the tag to your pet's collar. At Lily Reed, time is taken with each tag to make sure your pet's information is legible and spaced correctly.

SIZE RECOMMENDATIONS
XS - .75" round (1-10 pounds), penny size
S - 1.00" round (8-30 pounds), quarter size
M - 1.25" round (20-60 pounds), half dollar size
L - 1.50" round (55+ pounds)
When a size is not specified on the order, a medium pet tag will be sent.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RESPOND WITH CHANGES TO MY PROOF?
If no response to your proof is received after 3 days, your order will be made and shipped to you as designed on the first proof.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders take 3-5 business days to create before shipment unless otherwise noted in the listing description. Your order will be shipped by the SHIP BY date you received when you placed your order or by checking your ORDERS page on ETSY.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER SHIPPED?
You will receive an email with a tracking number from ETSY once shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the USPS to begin tracking.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR ARRIVED DAMAGED?
Please call the Post Office for any delivery delays. Your order will be packaged carefully. If your item is damaged during shipment Lily Reed will replace it. A photo of the damage must be sent via ETSY Conversations to Lily Reed within 48 hours.
HOW DO I SEND A PHOTO/LOGO/GRAPHIC TO BE USED ON MY ORDER?
Photos can not be uploaded during checkout. You can upload your photo(s) in ETSY Conversations by clicking the "Attach image" button below the text box. A large image file is best. If your image is of poor quality, it will appear blurry. PLEASE SEND UNCROPPED PHOTOS.

CAN I USE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO/LOGO/GRAPHIC?
By submitting a photo/logo/graphic to Lily Reed, you agree that you are the photographer and/or creator or have permission in the form of a copyright/trademark license.
