Offered is an antique champleve sterling brooch by the maker Charles M. Robbins. The enamel is in a steely bluish/gray color that is both striking and attractive. The Charles M Robbins company was founded in Attleboro, MA in 1892. This brooch dates circa 1910.

The condition is very good. The enamel is in very nice shape. The pin clasp is sturdy and secure. The silver has a nice patina. The back of the brooch is marked: Champleve Sterling and has the hallmarks for the Charles M Robbins company, including his initials in a diamond plaque.

This brooch measures 2 1/8" across x just under 3/8" in width. This is a treasure to collect due to it's American provenance and traceable markings. Enjoy!
