This 1965 Parker Bros. BOOBY-TRAP game was trademarked by Parker Brothers "For Its Spring Bar Game Equipment". The nice thing about this game is that it is completely made out of wood with the exception of the metal spring. This game is in great condition, especially considering that it doesn't have a box. The marks and numbers on the side seem unscathed.

This game is meant for 2 or more players. The object of the game is to "win as many points as possible by removing colored playing pieces from the game board without moving the spring bar. The player with the most points wins."

According to the game instruction pamphlet, "When the spring bar is released, architectural stress arches and stress patterns are formed. Skill comes in being able to recognize and trace these patterns."

This game comes with the following:
23 Red Painted Wooden Game Pieces - 1" size
27 Yellow Painted Wooden Game Pieces - .5" size (one yellow piece has a broken handle)
22 Blue Painted Wooden Game Pieces - .75" size
Wooden Game Board with Spring/Handle - 7.5" x 13.5" x 1".

This game truly is Good Phamily Fun!!!
