Our homes are important to us, whether they are our first homes, the ones we raised our children, the ones we grew up in, or the ones our parents grew up in. They hold many cherished memories. These can be captured in watercolor house portraits to be treasured for years to come.
Over more then twenty years I have produced hundreds of custom house paintings. With a bachelor’s degree in design, and a background in architectural drafting, my style is detailed and architecturally accurate, while creatively portraying the character of the home. All renderings are created by hand, by me, resulting in a truly personal art piece.
Drawing size is 8”x 10” on professional acid free paper and delivered in a separate white or cream mat, which will fit securely in a standard 11”x 14” frame.
If you are looking for a larger painting this listing is 11X14, matted 16X20, https://www.etsy.com/listing/86567756/custom-watercolor-portrait-of-home-or

Work is produced from photographs. Please mail or email (jpeg please). If possible, please supply several, since details are apparent in different views, and be sure to point out those details most important to you. Unnecessary objects such as power lines can be removed. Trees and other landscaping may also be removed, (or added) or the size or shape changed to better show the home.
Your satisfaction is important to me. Commissioned pieces typically take about three weeks from the time I receive your photos. I will email a scan for you to review at which time we can make desired changes.
Gift certificates are available.
These drawings are samples of my work, copyrighted images and not for sale. You will be commissioning a custom portrait of your home or building.
